It is no surprise that the past year has taken its toll on people’s stress, anxiety and overall mental wellbeing. It has certainly been a tough time for many.
Reiki sessions have long been seen as a way to help support people’s wellbeing, both physical and mental. Now that we are heading towards the country opening up, Reiki can be there to help those feeling worried about the changes and being out in more crowded environments.
I will be providing Reiki treatments from either my London Treatment Room after Easter, or my Newbury Reiki Treatment Room as soon as lockdown eases.
Reiki sessions for stress and anxiety relief
It is entirely understandable that, if you haven’t been out of the house much over the last year, you may begin to feel some pangs of anxiety or stress at the thought of dealing with larger crowds, for example in the shops, town centres or on public transport.
Reiki sessions will help to support any anxiety by:
- Encouraging a deeper feeling of relaxation before or after the event
- Offering support to balance your mental wellbeing
- Providing an enhanced level of peace of mind
The reiki sessions will also help you to cope with other more sociable interactions that the new freedoms will offer, including:
- Going to a restaurant
- Theatre trips
- Going to a pub with friends
These, in particular, are important factors to help rebalance your lifestyles outside of the confines of your home.

The Reiki Distance Healing treatment offers the same quality and level of comfort and relaxation, as a regular face-to-face Reiki treatment. The difference is that the Reiki Distance Healing takes place without direct personal meeting, you will be able to feel the benefits in your own home.
After a Reiki Distant Healing session, you should notice your feelings of stress or anxiety will have reduced and you feel calmer and more relaxed. These Distance Reiki treatments are an ideal way to help those feeling stress or anxiety about leaving the house. They can help provide the calmness and relaxed feeling to support hem during these difficult times.
